If there's a sweet that is synonymous with family lunches, it's pavê. A classic dessert, easy and with the possibility of many flavor variations.

In this recipe for strawberry pavé with chocolate and cornstarch biscuit, also called sensation pavé, we combine the perfect combination of strawberry and chocolate, which is a guaranteed success. The rest of the ingredients for the preparation you certainly have at home, and if you don't, I guarantee they're easy to find.

Ingredients for making strawberry pavé with chocolate and cornstarch biscuit:

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 can of sour cream

 1 can of whole milk

 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate

 1 cup of strawberries

 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

 200 grams of cornstarch biscuit

How to make strawberry pavé with chocolate and cornstarch biscuits:

In a bowl mix the cornstarch with half the milk can and set aside.

Tip: Use the condensed milk can as a measure for the milk.

In a pan, place the condensed milk, the cream, the starch dissolved in the milk and the rest of the milk. Place over medium heat and stir until thickened.

Tip: Use a wire whisk (fouet) to stir the cream and avoid the formation of lumps.

Turn off the heat and divide the cream into 2 bowls. In one of them, leave the cream as it was removed from the heat and, in the other, add the powdered chocolate and mix well.

Cover the containers with transparent film paper (PVC), so that they touch directly on the creams. This prevents the formation of a hardened layer on the cream.

Refrigerate the creams for at least 1 hour to thicken.

Tip: When removing from the refrigerator, if the cream is too firm, mix gently with the aid of a wire whisk.

After the indicated time, dip the biscuits in milk and transfer to a refractory.

Tip: Use a transparent refractory for better visualization of the candy layers.

Assemble the candy layers by interspersing the biscuits with the white cream and the chocolate cream. Add the strawberries to the last layer of cream, to decorate, and you're done!

Tip: Cut strawberries in half for easy assembly. If desired, you can add chopped strawberries mixed with the cream layers.
